Ristorante Abba on Via Varesina holds one MICHELIN star and occupies a former workshop in the Certosa district. Chef Fabio Abbattista works seasonal produce into tasting menus, with risotto with pumpkin and seeds, grilled turbot and lacquered duck, and a sweet focaccia to finish. The dining room is minimal and intimate, and the 10- and 12-course menus include service, at 140 and 160 euros. A shorter four-course option is also offered.
